Cameron & TamaraLike many 2020 couples, Tamara and Cameron had to adjust their wedding plans. They postponed their big celebration until 2021 but still tied the knot on their original date with a few close friends.
The ceremony was in a beautiful field near their original venue, Willapa Hills Farm. Cafe au lait dahlias and blush carnations were the bride's "must haves" for her bouquet. TRASH THE DRESSEmily Vance Photography
I was so excited to provide Emily with a last minute bouquet for a "Trash the dress" shoot at Owens Beach in Tacoma. She asked for something simple and bridal. I kept the palette all white, using Vendela roses, Lisianthus, and Anemones. |

Ruby Beach WA. ElopementThis year began with a collaboration of some amazing wedding vendors. Lauren of Lo Capone Images put together a dream team. When creative artists like these come together something magical happens.
We met in February at Ruby Beach in the Beautiful Olympic National Park for a romantic elopement shoot and couldn't have asked for prettier winter beach weather. The bride and groom, Stormy and Michael, were married in late 2018, but were more than happy to put on their wedding attire one more time for this intimate shoot. There is something so romantic about a picnic on the beach, and The Bubbly Soiree designed the perfect dusty blue tablescape. I designed a flower crown for Stormy with eucalyptus, spray roses and anemones. She loved it so much, she wore it home! The bouquet was designed with roses, fern, lisianthus and anemones. I made a small arrangement for the picnic table and added a few flowers on top of the cake to dress it up just a little bit. Thank you to everyone that participated! |
Kayla & MichaelKayla and Michael were married in the ballroom at Court House Square in downtown Tacoma. The venue is beautiful and has amazing views so we kept the decorating simple with flowers and candles.
Kayla knew what style she wanted but was undecided on what flowers to use. I asked a few key questions to help narrow it down and we were able to come up with a beautiful selection. Kayla loves hydrangeas- that is were we started. The wedding colors were blush and rose gold, so we added Cafe Au Lait dahlias, blush spray roses, white roses and silver dollar eucalyptus.
